The almonds used in their various butter are all blanched, thereby removing most of the phytic acid found in them. Barney products include a wide variety of almond butter – ranging from the ordinary bare almond butter to the yummier versions of the same like – Vanilla & Expresso, Cocoa & Coconut, Honey & Flax, Raw & Chia, etc. They products also include raw unsalted almonds, roasted and blanched almonds and even almond flour.
