The brand was initiated when the founder was startled by the delicious drinks made by his wife by infusing the elderflowers & pressing the farm grown fruit. Since the brand started applying the same techniques for their products. Elderflowers were handpicked, to maintain the quality, only the best of fruits & flowers were infused into the drink. Pure spring water is used to maintain the flavor. It is simply just as natural as the home made a drink. In these drinks, they have not added any artificial things.

Belvoir Fruit farms nestle deep in the idyllic Vale of Belvoir since it was initiated. Renowned all over the globe for their elderflower drinks, the same age-old recipe is still used. When the company was initiated, the whole family joined hands to make the first batch of the drink. Elderflowers were handpicked from the bushes from the garden itself. From chopping lemons to stirring the syrup, all was home made. Today, with the growing demands, local community aids them in plucking the best quality harvest and flowers from the 90 acres of orchards in the surrounding countryside.Nothing but fresh, highest quality flowers are used, to retain the original quality and flavor of the infusers. The delicate taste of the drink is mainly because of using highest quality produce, dried and processed with utmost care and no compromise. All the drinks are pressed, mixed and packed in their plant in sunny Leicestershire. Each bottle is gently pasteurized after sealing so that no bug can enter and spoil the drink. None of the products contain gluten, hence is suitable for coeliacs. No ingredients derived from animal products are used. Nearly all the drinks contain sugar to enhance the taste of the drinks.

Originally Belvoir Fruit Farms only produced elderflowers drink, but over the years, the company expanded its beverage range to include several flavors and infusion.
