Delaviuda Confectionery Group is a family group with 100% Spanish capital. La confiteria Delavidu is a sub-brand of this group. It is a Spanish Company that goes back to the old ages and manufactures traditional confectionery products.This brand was started in the early 80’s. It is an evolution of the initial brand ‘ Viuda de Manuel Rojas’. The brand has a humble family origin and has artisan created products that bind closer to the roots. The brand was initiated by Manuel Lopez and Maria Rojas who by opening a small confectionery store, who soon won a loyal clientele. When Don Mauel died in 1939, his wife and two children continued the family tradition. Their hard work and determination made this brand a huge success. Many years later the brand was renamed. Still sticking to the roots, it delivers high-quality products and continues to grow. 

Today, the Delaviuda products are made on a much larger scale, but the secret of the tradition and quality f their recipes is still maintained. Still respecting the artisan craftsmanship, Delaivudu offers most comprehensive range of confectionary products that can make you feel nostalgic. High levels of quality standards are maintained but with an ambitious mission of becoming the leading brand of select confectionery. They worked hard to minimise the ‘ time to market’ of their products, allowing us to ensure that the product reaches the market in time and in perfect condition. Until recently, a lot of their products had seasonal period linked to it. Their quest was to free the products from the seasonal constraints and hence they entered the market niches which they were not much familiar with. They worked hard to expand their range of products and even opted to launch new products involving attractive, innovative and unique concepts.

Respecting the tradition, Delaviuda doesn’t stop experimenting and strives to create a high quality product of various flavours. They ensure that all the ingredients are sourced from a reliable source and are processed with proper care so that bar is made of excellent quality without much loss of flavour or nutrition. The third generation of Lopez Rojas family manages this brand with a clear ambitious mission and goal. They strive hard to internationalise the products without losing its connection with the roots. As the slogan of the brand calls, they aim to make this world a sweeter place.
