The company works combining the science of organic agriculture and technological advancement to offer a safe, healthy and flavorful array of products.
All the products are made from distinct homegrown MAWA coconuts which a cross hybrid of Malaysian Red Dwarf and West African Tall. These coconuts are known for their distinct aroma and flavour. Covering an entire valley, MFP’s coconut plantation is one of the biggest owned by an individual in the country and supplies millions of fresh coconut each year as a raw material. The coconuts are grown in an ecological manner, no chemical fertiliser, pesticides or herbicides are used, to maintain the quality of the coconut. Merit Virgin Coconut Oil farm area is surrounded by highlands and is isolated from other farm lands, thus the crop is safe from chemical contaminations or cross breeding. The factory’s location is close to the capital, hence the fresh from the farm products are delivered in time via all transportation modes. Merit virgin coconut oil farm is awarded highly recognised certifications of organic agriculture. Their factory is well equipped and is operated under the stringent food quality and safety standards. All the products are tested as GMO-free by the DNA lab in Thailand.
