There are a lot of food items that you stock up in your kitchen that are supposedly healthy. You think these food items are healthy because you have been told so. Certain food items have been perceived to be healthy for many years, but they are not. These include granola bars, low-fat peanut butter, whole grain bread, skimmed milk and diet coke.
