A study by researchers at, Japan, says fish is a healthier opinion over other food. Researchers say that fish oil available in the form of liquid or supplement are a good source of Omega-3 fatty acids which can improve heart heath and insulin sensitivity. The study also said that fish oil is effective for weight loss in obese or overweight people in their 30s and 40s.
