Drinking coffee has always been associated with caffeine causing dangerous palpitations in the heart. This has stopped many people from drinking it. But a new study by scientists at the University of California in San Francisco have shown that consuming coffee regularly coffee might not trigger dangerous palpitations and can actually be good for cardiovascular health. They added that non-caffeine drinkers are missing out on the potential health benefits of eating and drinking caffeine food and drinks such as coffee, tea and chocolate.
