FMCG, cola brands to cut calories for the health-conscious Indian buyer

79.4 million people are predicted to get affected by diabetes by 2030 according to the World Health Organization. Due to this brands like Hindustan Unilever has limited the calorie intake in its ice cream by 250 portions. Companies like PepsiCo and Coca-Cola will introduce 150 and 180 ml cans. Other companies are planning to do that same in order to cater to the health conscious Indian Buyer.
