Generally, you can observe that the pupils of two people contract when the person is interested in other person or in the topic being discussed. During thoughts, movement of pupils to the left suggest reminiscence whereas to the right suggest looking for creativity. It can also mean that people are lying when pupils turn right. Then there are signs of winking and blinking which can be interpreted depending on the situation.
