Changing Meal Times May Have a Beneficial Effect

The first human test of eTRF (early Time-Restricted Feeding) shows that meal-timing strategy might reduce swings in hunger and can alter fat and carbs burning patterns. In eTRF, individuals are supposed to eat their last meal in mid-afternoon and then nothing until breakfast next morning. In a new study which was presented at Obesity Week 2016, researchers suggested that eating during a smaller window of time than people are habituated to may aid in weight loss.
