Tricks to get rid of water weight!

As we all know, our body comprises of 70% of water. Even if we have a steady inflow and outflow of water, sometimes there is a problem of excess water because of uneven kidney functions. During such times, our body stores huge amounts of water and an overload makes it look bloated. To avoid excess water accumulation avoid processed foods and have more of raw food and an active lifestyle. Drink cold water sometimes and reduce the intake of sugar. Using herbs in foods also helps to some extent.
