This is why sleepy people drink more soda!

It has been observed that people who do not get enough sleep drink more energy drinks or soda than those who get a proper amount of sleep every night. People who claim that they generally sleep less than 5 hours every night drank 21% more aerated beverages (sugar-sweetened) on an average than those who slept more than 7 hours every night. Apparently, sugar-sweetened beverages cause improper sleep.
