Stop procrastinating if you want to sleep better

A recent study suggests that people who love to procrastinate stuff are more likely to get affected by insomnia which is a sleep disorder. Usually, these people face troubles in falling asleep or staying asleep. This is because people who delay things unnecessarily, think about the things they could have done but did not, before going to bed. According to that study, evening people procrastinate more than morning people.
