How to tell the difference between a migraine and a sinus headache!

Often people are not able to differentiate between a sinus and migraine when a headache is killing them. Migraines are more common than sinusitis. A study shows that most of the people with migraine headaches experience, water eyes, facial pain or congestion and the headaches are recurring. The pain is usually on one side of the head which lasts for some time and often there is light sensitivity, noise sensitivity, and nausea. If the problem is a sinus infection, using steroids and antibiotics might reduce the inflammation but those drugs would not help a migraine.
