Why Counting Calories May Not Help Your Diet Plan

We have been misguided for a very long time about what makes us fat and what does not. Counting calories may not work for our bodies even if we love to pay attention to diet without paying attention to nourishment. Hormone production that facilitate good metabolism cannot happen if someone is just counting calories. The health problems that we face today are not a result of irregular calorie intake, but a result of irregular nutrition.
