Heat wave in India: Useful tips and safety guidelines!

The Heat Wave, with significant temperature rise, is intensely claiming more than 100 lives in India. IMD has also predicted that 2016 will be worse than 2015, hottest ever recorded. It could lead to various health impacts such as heat cramps, dehydration, heat exhaustion and heat stroke. Hence, it is recommended to take a number of precautions such as avoid travelling in sun, go out wearing glasses and chappals, eat small meals and drink water frequently, avoid protein food, take cool showers and keep your room cool using shades and much more.
