Too hot to sleep? Freeze your sheets, ditch the booze and DON'T go commando!

Sometimes it just gets too hot in the room to fall asleep. It could be due to a number of reasons which gives you disturbed sleep and restless nights. To beat it, make your late night a little entertaining and always keep a cool head. Wear light cotton or pyjamas and keep a frozen bedsheet. Make your own breeze, lose a layer and maintain the temperature. These might just help you fall asleep faster.
