Delhi Government has aimed to achieve clean, unadulterated and wholesome foods for public. As part of their plan, around 23,000 street food vendors in the city are going to receive food safety and hygiene training. They will also be issued a certificate on the basis of their performance in the test. In the first phase of this initiative, 18000 vendors will receive education and training.
