Prenatal exposure to plastic chemicals may develop depression in boys

A new study has found that baby boys who are exposed to a chemical which is commonly used in plastics, before delivery, might have the chance of developing problems of anxiety and depression at the age of 10-12. Bisphenol A (BPA) is a component of few plastics found in water bottles, dental sealants, food containers and thermal receipt paper. After filtering results with gender, they found this was affecting boys more than girls.
