Food companies are becoming smarter in terms of consumer approach and trapping people with their “added fiber” labels. For example, instant-cook oats are half cooked and are full of sugars and preservatives which almost nullify their goodness. Similarly, fruit juices which are labeled as “high-fiber” are also all big marketing gimmicks. Apart from these, creamed soup mixes, granola bars with loaded sugar and microwave popcorn too aren’t good.
