A new study claims that by sniffing the aroma of rosemary oil can possibly improve the brainpower or memory of elderly people. Researchers have focused on prospective memory which refers to the ability of the mind to remember certain events that are going to occur in future and to complete the ongoing tasks at particular times. With respect to mood, rosemary substantially improved alertness and lavender increased calmness and contentedness.
