Breakfast juices help you to reduce the risk of cancer, boosts immune system and helps to eliminate toxins from the body. It also aids in digestion and weight loss. However, there’s no scientific evidence to support all that. Some breakfast juices are 1.Spinach, Carrot and Apple Juice, 2. Celery, Sweet Lime and Spinach Juice, 3. Kale and Celery Juice, 4. Juicing is a process of extracting the juice from fresh vegetables and fruits which is usually done by people for detoxification or to supplement their diet. It is preferred by people who are not able to eat enough fruits and vegetable every day to get enough nutrition. However, eating whole fresh vegetables and fruits is a far better and healthier option than juicing because juicing rids you of beneficial antioxidants and fiber. Juices are unable to provide you with adequate fat or protein and hence, are nutritionally unbalanced. So eating these items directly much healthier.
