Just one week of sleep loss can hamper 'good' cholesterol!

If you cut on sleep, you will not only make your days drowsy but also affect your cholesterol metabolism i.e. good cholesterol which affects the blood vessels in your body. Studies show that one week of insufficient sleep leads to a weaker immune system and metabolism. Statistics show that most of the people suffering from sleep loss had fewer high-density HDL lipoproteins which are good cholesterols compared to those who get enough sleep.
