A published study states that children whose diet involves a good amount of vegetables, berries, fruits and whole grains perform much better in reading and communication skills. The researchers have specifically recommended a Finnish diet. This kind of diets include higher amounts of fruits, vegetables, fish, berries, whole grains and have less quantity of sugary products and saturated fat.
