Poisonous Food we know and we eat!

There are some foods we eat regularly which are harmful to the body. Cherries, Plums, and Apricots contain poisonous substances from the cyanide family. Green-spotted potatoes contain solanine which is poisonous and does not wash off even after cooking them. Red Beans are also poisonous and should be cooked for at least 10 minutes to get rid of the poisonous part. Consumption of Nutmeg in large quantities can lead to nausea. Consuming dry fruits in abundant quantity can harm your digestive system.
