However, expert figures from Vietnam say that iced tea can cause cholera which was proved through a survey. Almost 22% people were victims of cholera after drinking ice tea within a week.
These are the foods you must eat to protect yourself from hot summer. Carrots contain good content of beta-carotene which protects you against sun. Pomegranate is rich in antioxidant content and ellagic acid which help substantially in providing protection from UVA and UVB rays. Similarly, strawberry is also packed with antioxidants and Vitamin C which protect from free radical damage. Additionally, green tea contains tannic acid which helps to soothe the sunburns.

The Virginia Department of Health’s Summer Food Service Program seeks local financially stable organizations to offer summer meals to children. Hunger hinders the learning process leading to poor performance once the next academic year begins due to not having nutritious meals in summer. The program will provide nutritious meals to children aged 18 and younger, students over the age of 18 who are challenged and who partake in a vocational program.
