Have a go at planning meetings amid work hours, not personal time. Constrain your overtime hours if you can. An attempt on leaving on time from work once in a while. Abstain from checking your email or work-related at off hours.

A government study has found about 5 different toxins, lead, heavy metals antimony, cadmium, chromium and the compound DEHP or Di (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate, in the cold drinks manufactured by two MNCs namely, PepsiCo and Coca-cola. The study was carried out on Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Coca-cola, 7up and Sprite from PET bottles they were in. Hence, beware of the health consequences!
