Studies have shown that learning more languages is not only impressive but greatly helpful to increase cognitive functions of the brain and also the problem-solving abilities of people. According to the study, children who spoke more than one languages possessed more potential to solve critical problems than who spoke only one language. Also, better intellectual growth and mental development were observed in the former case. For adults, learning another language helps challenge the brain to recognize and interpret different concepts and sounds.
